Garuda offered international sales opportunities, fostering relations at both domestic semi-annual
trade shows and overseas.
Japan - Garuda Distribution: developed Garuda’s vendor relationship with distributor Intertec, Inc.,
Tokyo, and nurtured their retail distribution channels; presented at Intertec’s Tokyo sales convention.
Garuda also developed other international sales opportunities, fostering relationships at domestic
semi-annual trade shows.
Asia, South & Central, 1989 - Extensive Travel : Eight months of extensive ground-level, cross-country
travel in through:
- Himalayas of Nepal, India, Kashmir;
- Karakorum of Pakistan and across Pakistan's NW Frontier to China and Afghanistan borders;
- New Zealand
- Hong Kong
